What is the whole issue of Sunny Bungalow auction?
On Sunday, the bank published a notice in a newspaper in the name of Sunny Deol, claiming that the actor’s property had been placed on the auction block to recover a loan of Rs 55.99 crore that was due in December 2022. In which it was revealed that Ajay Singh Deol’s alias Sunny Deol’s bungalow may become free due to non-payment of the loan. To be auctioned off According to the report, Sunny Deol owes the bank around Rs 56 crore, and it has been advised that the bank would auction it on August 25. The basic fee for this auction was fixed at Rs 51.43 crore, with a 5.14 crore earnest money deposit.
The notice claimed that Sunny Deol, whose new film ‘Gaddar 2’ has already grossed over 400 crore in a week, was the borrower of the loans, while his brother Vijay Singh Deol or Bobby Deol and his father Dharmendra Deol were guarantors for the loan. At this point, Sunny Sounds Pvt Ltd served as the mortgage’s corporate guarantor.
